Jena is our Operations VP and has overall responsibility for the operation of the business. Unusually for our business, until she joined us she had no cleaning experience at all! Rather, Jena has gained valuable knowledge working for Walmart as a regional trainer and Co-Store manager. This has enabled her to further improve the way we go about delivering the best possible house cleaning service to all our customers.

Melissa started with The Maids some 4 years ago as a member of a team and therefore knows all about making customers happy by deep, thorough house cleaning. She's responsible for all aspects of our service delivery and spends most of her day out with the teams, meeting customers, training our people and checking to ensure top quality.

Melissa lives in Allentown with her family.
